There have been a number of additional 401BG NARA photos added to the archive available via Footnote recently.

Here's a taster of what I've found from a brief browse...

Group Radar Section personnel, August 1944 (65686AC):

Visitors from the RAF, looks to be Air Cadets (65799AC)
This photo may show the 401st's Airspeed Oxford DF399, but as the serial is obscured I can't say for certain. The dispersal looks to be in the right place though:

Consolidated Mess Enlisted Staff, January 1945 (65749AC)
This photo is in the Group's archive but is new to Footnote. It is the partner of photo A65749AC, which shows the Consolidated Mess Officers:

2095 EFFP fire crew, July 1944 (65808AC)
Nice shot, which also shows the variety of vehicles and trailers in use. The Ex-RAF Fordson Tender is still soldiering on in the centre:

Personnel of the 861st Chemical Company (65602AC)

All the best,
Paul

Nice find Paul 🙂 from a personal point of view it's nice to see some non aircrew stuff, makes you appreciate the effort to get the boys in the air keep it coming pal.
