5/5/2009 3:16:58 PM | It was not uncommon for a B-17 to have two nicknames. The right and left side of the aircraft nose section was used for this thus the second nickname.

5/29/2009 1:56:35 PM | If you look at the end of the assigned aircraft link you will also see there are quite a number of names which are not associated with any aircraft so I suspect that there are more than 7 but have not been identified yet.
