12/11/2004 9:14:54 PM | I thought I had lost mine and had no luck finding another. Fotunately, after a move, it turned up. There are some bookfinding services on the internet that you can try. Bookfinder.com is a good one. See my new comment on the forum.

12/14/2004 10:27:06 PM | You can look up Turner Publishing on the net and order directly from them. What you need to know is that this is a limited published edition. What that means is if there are none in stock, Turner will wait till they get a sufficent order of the book in hand first and then they will print a few dozen or so to sell. If your name is on the list then you'll get one. I had to wait for almost 3 months for my copy.
