Bonjour,

I am writing a book concerning the air war over Chateauroux during WWII. I am studying the 5 february mission, a very successfull mission according American, French and German archives.

Please, would you be so kind as to help me to find any veteran, or members of their familly, photgraphies of the participated aircrews and aircrafts ?

Sgt Fatica died during this raid.

Any details would be very important for my searches. Maxwell A. archives gave me not many informationsd.
Thank you for your very helpful website. A very high historical level.

Thanking you in anticipation.
Merci

Sgt.Fatica was a crew member on my dad's plane Maggie, but I'm not sure if the Sgt. was flying with his own crew on that mission. You might try contacting LA Mitchell of the 615th. sqd.
