Hello is My name is Timothy William Dolan and my great uncle is Captain William W Dolan(who died in 1984). I have done quite a lot of research on him and i contacted my cousin (his son) and he gave me his hat, his bombardier wings, and a copy of his diary. and he also let me try on his a-2 jacket that he wore while flying as a bombardier. I wrote this for 2 reasons, 1 to get everyone's input on my progress so far, and 2 i hope to contact some of his old crew members. so thanks everyone for their time that they gave to read this. have a wonderful day sincerely Timothy

Welcome aboard Tim,

As Historian am very interested in a copy of the Diary and a HD photo of the A2 Jacket and if it has ART on the back and front. Second if you take a look at one of the WIKI pages such as ED Dana and see what we are looking for I would like to have similar info on Capt. Dolan's WIKI page as well. I can do this for you if you put in proper sequence.

Am sorry it has taken me awhile to get back with you but was in Hospital and Rehab Center with a broken femur.

Thanks Tim,

Been in hospital "AGAIN" so no computer. Not sure where I left off with you. But quite interested in copy of diary and of course photos of A2 Jacket. Still recovering but will try and see if I can find info of members of the crews for you. You can send photos and diary info to the historian email account historian@401bg.org
