7/5/2008 7:36:44 AM | A few years back I posted my father's story on a free website and then it disappeared from the site. It was one of those sites that if you don't log in often enough they delete your page. Well now I uploaded it on a blog site. You will need to click on each page to expand it to read it. http://teenageairwarrior.blogspot.com (to get to this site enter .b logspot with no spaces betweenthe b and l and insert after the word warrior. This is a good site Don Byers) I hope you all enjoy his story. His birthday is next month and I reposted it for him as part of his birthday suprise. He and my mom live in southern california. If any one wants to contact him, please email me and I will get you in contact. Kathy Gagliano

A bit of grubbing around found how to view the pages. http://tinyurl.com/5tjjxq (I hope that works....) The story of S/Sgt Eugene Hall of the 612th Bomb Squadron, the ball gunner in 42-106992 SC-D "Grin 'n' Bare It". Well done Kathy (and Melissa) for writing and posting the story, it's a great read. Please pass on my hearty congratulations to your father on his birthday. I'd love to see a photo of that Kettering-made jacket someday. Best wishes, Paul

The above post is my mother Kathy and I am Melissa! 😂 Well, I just posted a photo of a tattoo I got in honor of my Grandpa and his missions on the Grin N Bare It in the Misc section. Here's the link! http://www.401stforum.com/forumhome/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=499&p=1970#p1970
