I forgot to add that he was a ball turret gunner and we do have a picture of him with his group but were told it was probably taken stateside before going overseas. We do have another designation on his discharge papers but were told that wouldn't mean too much it says he was with Sq. C 3014th AAF Base Unit.<br></td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> </table>
