Comments |- | '''Valerie Conley''' <br/>12/5/2009 4:59:13 PM | I haven't posted in quite a while (damn that breast cancer stuff! 🙂 ), but I have been going through boxes and came across two pictures of my father during his tenure with the 401st. He was Capt Joseph J. Conley, Group Gunnery Officer. One is of him receiving a medal of some sort from an officer I don't recognize and the person who sent it to me in my family has cut the captions off of everything! The other is of him in uniform with my mother when they sent him to Laredo in 1944 for Gunnery Officer School. I would gladly share them but not sure who to send them to.<br/> <br/> Also, if there is anyone out there still alive who knew my Dad, I would love to hear from you.
