He was a Master Sgt. and worked ground crew for Shade Ruff #2. I also remember a patch with a devil in a horseshoe. He was born in Cambridge, Ohio. Any stories or little insights into his WWII life (nothing would be too small or insignificant) would be greatly appreciate. You think parents will be around forever and suddenly they aren't. He was a wonderful father. Thanks to anyone who can help.<br/> |}
