I was assigned to RAF Woodbridge in the 60's and we use to find all sorts of bits and pieces of aircraft in the nearby forest. Even found a parashoot still hanging in a tree. I worked in the former base morgue. My father, 615th Sq, used the base returning from a mission. Wish I had known it while I was there.
Thanks for letting me remember some memories.
