| My Uncle Clifford (better known to us as Bunk)recently joined the Association.  He was a member of the 613th squadron as a mechanic.  He had recently been able to get in contact with Owen Grimes, also an Association member.  Uncle Bunk and he had been friends at Deenthrope and had not been in contact in years.  Uncle Bunk was really glad to get to talk with Mr. Grimes again.  Uncle Bunk passed away this morning.  He really enjoyed the newsletters he received over the last few months and remembering his time in the  401 Bomb Group.  Thank-you.  Will someone please contact Mr. Grimes for me and let him know that Uncle Bunk passed away.  I think he would want to know.<br/> <br/> Hope Blankenship<br/>
