I am curious about one thing. What is the Black 401st Book? I found a Blue book among his papers but he is not in it. Was it printed in a certain year? Hill has also passed away and I was not sure if you were aware of that. If you should find any pictures of Dad or any of the rest of his crew I would love to have copies of them. I have been working on a project to honor Dad and I am all done except for finding additional pictures. It sounds as if you loved the service as much as Dad. He was in almost 30 years.

I hope you had a good time on your pass to London.

Sincerely,

Jackie (Sharp) Sheflin

Re: information about Jack Sharp

Posted:
By: Donna Sharp-Noble
On: 09/01/2005

Thank you so much for your information about my father. Every piece of info we find is one more brick to add to his memoirs. He led a very amazing and interesting life, and I only wish I had asked him more about it while he was still here. He was truly an amazing man, and very quiet about his accomplishments. Thank you again and please let us know anything you remember, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to be. We appreciate your help.
