Brobst<br/> CLINTON <nowiki>--</nowiki> Clyde J. Brobst, 73, passed away April 3, 1997.<br/> <br/> Mr. Brobst was born in Akron on June 18, 1923. He retired in July 1985 from B. F. Goodrich after 33 years service as a scheduler at the Akron tire plant. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the 401st Bomber Group.<br/> He was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta, and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Jim Dague; daughters, Stephanie Herring, Claudia Brobst, and Deborah Drake; grandchildren, Tiffany Teaman, Christopher Dague, Dianne Cass, John Cass, Russ Cass, Todd Cass, Meredith Nechitilo, Deana Nechitilo, Sandra Drake, Eric Drake, Steven Drake, and Keven Drake; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack and Doug Brobst; sister, Betty Brobst.<br/> <br/> Visitation will be TODAY from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd.
