At first glance it would appear that Carl C Hinkle Jr. only flew two missions, both with the 613th Squadron:

However, he flew as Group Air Commander on a further 9 missions: 16, 30, 38 and 44 when a Captain, and 59, 94 (B Wing), 97, 103 and 104 when a Major.
The Blue Book adds that he was at one point the 614th Squadron Commander, but it is unclear whether that was prior to his promotion to Lt. Colonel.
This has come to light after I was asked if I could provide any information on this photo:
The date of the photo is correct for it having been the aftermath of the 21 January 1944 mission to the Crossbow site at Notre Dame de Ferme, but the mission summary states there was no enemy opposition.
The Blue Book has the caption "Capt. Carl Hinkle peers into the waist at his tail gunner who was wounded over Northwestern France, and is being carried to an ambulance."
Captain Hinkle was indeed the Air Commander for that mission, but in which aircraft?
Ah, the joys of research. 😉
