| Swinny:<br/> This is absolutely everything I know about mission flight plans - Track Charts - (which isn't very much, but here goes:<br/> - - The U.S. National Archives, College Park, Mary;land (Wasington, D.C. Beltway) has the originals (not microfilm)of all 401BG Mission Reports;<br/> - - I've visited regarding my Uncle's missions, the last, 10-7-44 Politz where my Uncle S/Sgt.Dorris, was KIA in with his 613Aq. 1st.Lt. A.J. Nelson Crew. For that mission, I copied everything in the NARA's file which included the original Track Chart (flimsy) - the flight plan - that used colored pencil tracks of the briefed and flown tracks for 'C'-Box and 'D'-Box that 401BG planes flew in that day, to and from the target. I have a full size photocopy (black and white) and 35mm film photos (color) of parts of the chart and I'd be glad to check my few other Mission Reports (copies I secured via mail requests,) to see what track information they include, if you're interested.<br/> - - FYI, In requesting the other (July-Oct., 1944) Mission Reports that my Uncle flew, my NARA contact advised that earlier reports were not as complete nor consistent about the forms of information included (as those about the time of Politz and subsequent).<br/> - - Politz was Mission #154.  I also have copies of (parts of Reports of) Missions #130 (Schkeuditz) and #133 (Peenemunde), but I don't know if 'Track Charts (or tabular positions-in-time) informations is included. Sometimes the Mission Reports' narrative indicate some route information.<br/> - - I haven't looked to see what Web or Internet sources may have Track Chart information, but I thought others on this 401BG Website had info, too.<br/> Good hunting and let me know if I can help you further.<br/> Win <br/><br/><br/>

If Andy can give me aircraft, squadron, captain, date etc I'll cross reference and help him out.
